Cookie notice
This notice explains how the website mapaconectado.com uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you control them. It complements our privacy notice and follows the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018), the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and the ePrivacy Directive.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences, and they help the operator understand how the site is used.
The categories we use
- Necessary — required for the site to function, such as remembering your cookie choice. These run without consent because the site cannot work properly without them.
- Analytics — help us understand which pages are read and how visitors move through the site, so we can improve it. These run only after you accept.
- Advertising — used to measure and contextualise campaigns. These run only after you accept.
Consent and Consent Mode
When you first arrive, analytics and advertising cookies are set to "denied" by default. They activate only if you choose Accept in the banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which keeps these signals disabled until you give consent.
Managing your choice
You can change your decision at any time by clearing the site data in your browser, which brings the banner back on your next visit. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site behaves.
How long they last
Session cookies are removed when you close the browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period — typically up to twelve months for analytics — after which they expire or are renewed with your consent.
