Privacy notice
This notice explains how Vantyr Security ("we", "us") collects and processes personal data through the website mapaconectado.com and in the course of our work. We handle personal data in line with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law — LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018 — and, where it applies, the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679, GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Vantyr Security, registered under CNPJ 42.318.557/0001-09, at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 3477, 14º andar, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo — SP, 04538-133. For any question about this notice or your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact details you submit through our form: name, company, email and the content of your message.
- Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device type and pages viewed.
- Analytics and advertising data, collected only after you accept cookies (see our cookie notice).
Why we use it
We use the data you provide to answer your enquiry, scope a possible engagement and maintain our client records. We rely on your consent for marketing analytics, on the steps necessary to enter into a contract for enquiries about our services, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functioning.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless an engagement begins, in which case it is retained for the term of the contract and the period required by tax and commercial law. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the tools described in the cookie notice.
Who sees it
Personal data is accessed only by the Vantyr Security team and by processors who support our operation — for example hosting and analytics providers — under agreements that bind them to confidentiality and to the same standard of protection. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, portability, and information about how it is shared. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above; we respond within the timeframes set by law.
International transfers
Some of our processors operate outside Brazil. Where data is transferred internationally, we use safeguards recognised by the LGPD and the GDPR to ensure it remains protected.
Changes
We may update this notice as our practices or the law change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be signalled on this page.
If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
